LeadQuiet and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our learning modules, frameworks, and tools are proprietary content.

You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission. You may use the skills and techniques you learn for your personal and professional growth—that's the whole point.

We work hard to keep LeadQuiet available and reliable, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. We may occasionally have maintenance periods or experience technical issues. We'll try to notify you of planned maintenance in advance.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeadQuiet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months.

You can delete your account at any time. When you do, all your data will be permanently removed.

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. We'll try to give you notice and a chance to fix the issue first, unless the violation is severe.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. For significant changes, we'll notify you via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of LeadQuiet after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
