LeadQuiet is built for introverts, by introverts. We understand that privacy isn't just a feature—it's fundamental to feeling safe enough to grow. Your data is yours. We collect only what's necessary to provide our service, and we never sell your information.
Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your email address and any profile information you choose to provide. We use Clerk for authentication, which securely manages your login credentials.
Usage Data
We collect information about how you use LeadQuiet, including:
- Journal entries and reflections you create
- Conversations with our AI coach
- Goals, habits, and progress you track
- Module completion and learning progress
- Energy logs and daily practice records
Payment Information
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full credit card number. We only receive confirmation of your subscription status.
Analytics
We use Umami, a privacy-focused analytics tool that doesn't use cookies and doesn't track personal information. This helps us understand how to improve LeadQuiet without compromising your privacy.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:

Your Rights

- Deletion – Delete your account and all associated data at any time
When you delete your account, all your data is permanently removed from our systems. This includes journal entries, chat history, goals, and all other personal information.
No Public Profiles
Unlike other platforms, LeadQuiet has no public profiles, no leaderboards, and no social features that expose your information. Your journey is private—visible only to you (or your organization admin if you're using LeadQuiet through work).
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy occasionally. We'll notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of LeadQuiet after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
